SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
Important Notice: Please read this agreement carefully before installing, copying, or using the software. By using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not install or use the software.
- Grant of License
This license grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use the software on one computer. The software may only be used for non-commercial purposes or for internal management and operations in a commercial environment.
- Intellectual Property
The software is the result of intellectual property. The software and its related documentation are protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the software.
- Restrictions
You are prohibited from renting, leasing, selling, distributing, or sublicensing the software in any form. Additionally, the creation of derivative works related to the software is prohibited without permission.
- Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the author or copyright owner be liable for any damages arising from the use of the software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Termination
If you violate any provision of this agreement, your license will automatically terminate, and you must immediately cease using the software and uninstall it from your computer.
- Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall be interpreted accordingly. In case of any disputes, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the competent courts of the People's Republic of China.
